Broke off window

A home owner from Jenna Eberle says:
Hello. This piece broke off the base of the window. The shoe is still in the track. The number of this model is 6236. I need 2 of these. Also how do I get the part that is still in the window out.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

This pivot bar isn't made anymore, unfortunately. The best option in our inventory is our 26-021. I've had other customers in the past tell me that they were able to use this to replace your old 6236 part.

As for removing the piece that broke off in the window, if you aren't able to get a grip with pliers then your best bet is to just push it deeper in the frame with the new pivot bar. You'll never know it's there.
