Broke window piece replacement.

Landlord from Buffalo, NY
I broke the gripping ledge of my vinyl window and I need to fix it. Is there something I can do to fix it without replacing the whole window?

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see an end profile photo of your window glazing removed from the window to compare to our inventory. See the video below to help you through the process. Thank you!

My windows don't have the glazing sash, it looks like one piece. Can I use this same method to remove the broke piece from my window?

Thanks for getting back to us. It looks like the broken part is actually part of a built-in sash lift. Unfortunately, that is not something that we are able to supply and would be specific to the window manufacturer. If you haven't already, I would recommend reaching out to them directly.
