Over the winter the inside part of the latching handle froze and when someone tried to open it from the outside, it broke as you can see in picture DSC0026. I will send a second email with 2 more pictures that show the dimensions a little clearer. I tried to find a replacement locally, but the dimensions for the shafts and screws that go through the door are smaller and I don't want to drill new holes in the door.
