Broken

A home owner from St Mary says:
I have a Silverline Casement window which has a rusted and broken operator swing arm on the lower sill. I contacted Silverline and they said the part is not made anymore and provided Swisco as a contact to look for a substitute piece. I?m hoping you have a part that will work and advice on how to install.
Thanks,
DB

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

Your operator's arm looks like it's in good condition but the hinge is certainly rusted. Take a look at our 36-048 hinge set and compare the dimensions to yours. I've also related a few operators for you to compare to the dimensions and style of the end of your operator's arm. Thank you!
