Broken and the window will not go up

Good Afternoon
This piece is broken and the window will not go up. It's a tiled window
The ROD is 28 inches long

Hi there!

It looks like your balance uses a 15-043 terminal clip which leads me to believe this is our S770-28 channel balance with the 28B stamp option. Look over our specifications and see if you agree.

Yes this is it we also need the privet tool that goes in the track for the left and right both sides are shot We need 2 and 2 .

How do I order these ?

It sounds like you need new pivot shoes. We can help but I would need to see an undamaged one removed from the window, including the thickness and width dimensions, to determine a match. The video below will demonstrate how to do this using the cut out method.
