Good day and was wondering if you can help me with finding a replacement crank with arm parts for my main living room window and also have one more in the house that has broke the sameway with the small pin breaking.

Thanks for reaching out to us. It looks like you need a new hinge. The 36-048 comes to mind but I recommend you review the specifications and compare them with yours to confirm everything aligns. Note that you'll want to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
