This looks like an older version of the 15-180 Pivot Shoe. This shoe uses Series 190 Coil Balances. Look for a stamp on the springs that tell you the spring weights you need. If there are none, or you are uncertain, obtain the exact weight of the window sash. Give me that exact weight, and I can work out what you need.

Thanks Bob for your response
On a spring only mark "740"The weight of the bottom sash is 13.8 lb
I hope this info will help

That sure does help, thank you. That stamp indicates you need the S190-740 7 pound coil spring. One of these on each side of the sash equals 14 pounds of total support, which is very close to your exact sash weight of 13.8 pounds. That would work fine. Let me know if you have further questions.
