Broken 1/2 inch channel balance help

1/2 inch wide in the sash channel balance, 30 inches long. Has the following identificatino: 30C RD BS1
The spring seems like it became detached from its mounting rivit at the top and the pulley system at the bottom.

Hello there. Does this channel balance attach to the top of the window jamb with a screw, rather than a hook? If so, see the S770-30, with a stamp of 30C. Let me know if you have questions.
