Broken

A quick learner from Ocean view DE says:
Can't seem to find this part in your web site. Please help. There is no channel. It all just sits in the window with a piece of plastic that covers it.

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

Balances with the terminal clip attached to the end of your pulley cord generally use a metal channel to hold the pulley and spring assembly used to support the window. Could you show us photos of an undamaged balance still installed, as well as confirm how it attaches to the window jamb? It also sounds like your widow may have a plastic balance cover, which you would need to remove to access the assembly. Thank you.
