Broken Aluminum Window latch

Question

I have aluminum windows and the latch got stuck and broke. see picture. where can I get the parts? and how do i id the manufacturer of the window?

I'm afraid we don't recognize this part. Do you know the name of the manufacturer? Could I also see a few more pictures? Seeing the part removed from the window would also, help. Alternatively, you could see if you could retro-fit our 26-387.
