Hi! Our Anderson sliding door latch lock has broken and Keeps popping open. How do I know which parts to purchase to replace?

Hello,

It sounds like you're looking for our 82-043 Andersen Tribeca Thumb Latch. A broken thumb latch could also be caused by a broken mortise lock like the 82-037. If you remove the thumb latch, you can test the mortise with a flathead screwdriver and determine if the hook engages the way that it should. Thank you!
