Broken Balance

Question

I bought this house used and these are contractor grade windows, I don't know who makes them. The metal/metal length is 29". The channel is 9/16" wide and 9/16" deep. Both balance top and shoe are winged. I think the balance top is probably a 19-005. As for the shoe, I think it resembles a 15-029. Do you need more measurements/information to make a determination on which model I would need? Any light you can shed would be greatly appreciated

We'd be happy to help but I would recommend double checking the depth of your bottom fitting to ensure it matches the 7/8" dimensions below. If so, we can supply these balances but it will need to be a custom order. We'd just need to confirm the number of balances you need, with the minimum being two. Thank you!
