Broken Balance on 2005 Window

Question

Balance is broken on a window installed in 2005. We have not been able to locate the same sash cam or balance. It is 1/5? wide but doesn?t have a stamp on it. Any help is appreciated!

Hi there! Your balance can be replaced by either our Series 380, which has a 1" deep shoe, or the Series 385, which has a 1-3/32" deep shoe. You'll have to measure your shoe to confirm the better choice.

Since your balance doesn't have a stamp, you'll also need to weigh your sash on a scale to confirm the best stamp option for the new replacement.
