From inside of the house facing the window, this lock is for the window on the Right Hand Side of the pair of windows. Lever broken inside of white housing.

- Part Number on longer arm is 31402
- Part Number on the short arm that connects to the lock lever (6 point star) seems to be 31396.
Will you please confirm whether 38-058R is the appropriate replacement part?

Thanks for posting! It does appear that this is the 38-058R Locking Handle is the correct replacement for your casement lock. The attachment that connects the arm to the operator appears to be connected on the same exact side that yours is.
Be sure to double check the dimensions as well.
