Broken Casement window operator

Home Owner from Allentown Pa.
I have a left hand crank operator of which I'm not sure who the manufacturer is. I can open the window but I can not close the window. The auger which meshes with the gears can be removed as you can see from the photos. I don't think this is the way it's supposed to be. There seems to be a small chip in the first auger gear when it's removed. The crank handle has a number on it. That number is 15 45054. The mechanism plate has a number on it. That number is 46197. I appreciate any expertise you can share with me. Thank you.

Hello there. When that worm gear pops out with the handle, I am afraid it means the entire operator is stripped and should be replaced. I am pretty confident we can help you do that, but can you open the window so I can get a clear view of the link arm(s) that connect the operator box to the window? From there I should be able to identify this for you. Thanks.

See our 39-031 and 39-032 to start. Look over all the dimensions we list in the pictures, including the length of the link arms, to see if this set matches what you need. Let me know what you find.
