Hello, I want to make sure I order the correct part number for the latch that is broken above. It is a Certain Teed brand and is 3.5 inches long. Thank you very much! If you need more info please let me know.

This indeed looks like an older version of the 26-317 Certainteed Tilt Latch pair to me. Take a look and see what you think.
