Thanks for reaching out to us. Certainteed no longer makes this pivot bar, but they designed the 26-175 explicitly to replace it. They may look different at first glance, but they still serve the same function and work with all the same hardware. Look it over and let me know if you had any questions!

Hello can you. Also tell me if they. Make the window balance for this certainteed window .also I need weather stripping that goes on window frame it has fallen out ty for any help

They do make balances for this window, yes, but for both the balances and weatherstripping we will need additional photos. For the weatherstripping especially, please make sure to show us a clear shot of the end profile. That way we can make out its shape.
