Broken Certainteed Pivot Shoe

Question

I was trying to clean the exterior of my lower double hung window and it fell to the floor and broke what looks like the Certain Teed Pivot Shoe on the right side so the window does not slide as it should. Which parts do I need to repair the window and should I also replace the left side  . Are there any companies or repair specialists in my area or zip code of 32114 who can effect this repair?
