Trying to find the proper replacement channel for a Windowmaster Products window.

I'm afraid I cannot identify the balance based on these pictures. I can sort of see the bottom shoe, but not the whole thing. Can you shoe me a clearer picture of it? Please also show me a clear picture of the top attachment on the other end of the balance. Thanks!

Looks like I need to pull the balance out to get a look at the top attachment. Plus get a clearer picture of the bottom shoe? Thanks.

Thank you for getting back to us. Based on these pictures, I would recommend our S385-25 channel balance with a 2430 option. Please review this hardware to determine if it matches your own.
