Broken Channel Balance Assistance

Thanks for writing in. Are the sets of balances from both windows 30" long and feature the same nylon fittings at either end? If so, you'll need either the S380-30 or S385-30 for both pairs of balances. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. Compare both with your old hardware and see what matches best. 

You will need to select a stamp option. Look for a stamp code on the metal channel. If there is none, or you are uncertain, obtain the exact weight of each window sash. You can then match those precise weights with the weight range listed alongside each stamp option on the product page.
