Broken Channel Balance

I have a non-tilt, double-hung wood window with a channel (block & tackle) balance inside the jamb.
The sash does not tilt, so the balances attach with clips/brackets instead of pivot shoes.
I'm looking for a replacement part. Mine is 33" long and 1/2" wide, and I think the picture shows the number as "32-5 805 VMV 17"
Unfortunately, I no longer have the part installed.

We can supply this balance, but only as a custom order due to its configuration.

I'm afraid that we can only supply these with a 2 piece minimum, due to the fact that they're custom order. I hope that's okay. You never want to mix old and new balances, anyway. These should always be replaced in pairs.
