Broken Channel Balences

Question

I am looking to replace the broken channel balances on our windows. The metal balance is approximately 28" long and 5/8' wide with a total length of 29" with the plastic attachments on the ends.  The only markings I see are the numbers 2730 with the letters BSI and CH to the right of them.  The windows themselves are approximately 30 years old but I am unsure of the maker.  If more pictures are required I can send them.

Thanks for reaching out to us. It appears this balance has "wingless" top and bottom fittings. With that in mind, I recommend either the S351-28 or S390-28 depending on the depth of the bottom fitting. You'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best match. I also recommend the 2730 stamp option for your replacements.
