Broken Coil Balance Parts

A home owner from LaBelle, FL says:

The part has the patent # 5.353,548 molded into the part. One pic is of the part disassembled, showing one spring in 3 pieces and one plastic part broken. The other pic is of a window that has an identical balance installed. There is no manufacture name on the balance or the vinyl window frame that I can find. Please let me know the manufacture name, and what I need to buy and the cost. 

Additional information. I had this house built in 2020-1, so the windows were purchased about then. I have no paperwork re the windows and the contractor has died - so I have no further information.
