Broken parts double hung Series 350 SH H-R25-47x73
Im guessing these are MI windows, are they? In the house that was purchased in 2008.
We need replacement parts for two double hung windows as all four of these parts (are they called balance shoes?) are broken.

Thanks for posting, Jim. This pivot shoe looks like our 15-180, as well as the 15-186 Balance Clip. This system uses our Series 190 Coil Springs. To know what spring weight you need, you'll need to look for a stamp number on the tape itself. If there is none or you are uncertain, give us the exact weight of the window sash, and we can work it out for you. |

Sounds like you might have the S190-540 5 lb Spring. That said, yes! If the old springs are undamaged there's really no reason to replace them. |
