Broken Crank Handle

Question

The handle has broken off my awning window lever operator. I have another unused operator. If I open up this operator, can I swap out the handle or is the operator riveted or welded shut?

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see a clear top-down photo of an intact crank with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible. That will help us determine the hardware that you need and if they handle is replaceable. Thank you!
