Broken Crank Mechanism

Question

Hi. I am not sure if this is the same mechanisms but it looks to be the same. The only marking I can see is "Made In USA". Can you tell if this is the right sight and do you ship to Canada.

This looks a lot like our 39-031 and 39-032, but it's hard to say without seeing the arms. Your picture only shows the base. Do these operators match your hardware? If you aren't sure, please remove the operator from the window and take a few pictures of it separately.
