Broken Crank Window

I have an old crank window that broke. I am hoping to source the needed parts to fix this myself instead of having to purchase a new window. I am unsure of the make and model of the window but have attached pictures. Thanks in advance for your help!

The hardware you show resembles our 39-114L handle and 39-107 operator cover. If you also need to replace the operator, we will need to see it out of the window. Much of the important details are obscured.
