Broken Crank for Awning window

A quick learner from Asheville, NC says:
I am trying to fix this window crank. The handle with gear keeps coming out. I am assuming that the entire crank assembly needs replacing. Please advise.

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

You are correct that because the spline that the handle attaches to is broken, the entire assembly will need to be replaced. We'll need you to open the window and show us the arms that move the sash to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. Take a look and compare the dimensions shown on the 39-140 and 39-083 product pages to see which option matches your original assembly.

Thank you. I think it is the Dual Arm Crank 16". I will place my order. I greatly appreciate your help!
