Thanks for reaching out to us. Our 32-061 drawer slide pair is 21-5/8". Take a look at the specifications and see how they compare with your old hardware. Note that our slides are designed to use the 32-139 bracket pair which install with screws. However, you might still be able to mount our slides with the old spacer hardware.
