Broken H-lc30- 53x78

Question

This window would not stay open. Some clip on the top seems broken and the medal rod looks messed up as well. The issues are on the right side (from outside) left (from inside). Not sure what to order to fix.

Thanks for posting! I'm pretty sure we can replace this hardware for you. I recommend looking at our 18-166 top sash guide. I recommend looking over our photos just to be sure, though. As for the balance, it's hard to make out the top and bottom nylon fitting from these photos, but it looks like it could be either our Series 351 or Series 390, depending on the depth of the shoe. That's the only difference between them. Let me know what you think.
