I don't see any numbers on it, hopefully it's recognizable but it's a little on the older side.

Hello there. Does the hole spacing, or the distance between the centers of the screw holes that mount this handle set to the door, 4-15/16"? If so, this might be an older version of the 82-080 or the keyed 82-081. If in doubt, please show us a clear picture of the mortise lock in the door the handle set works with. That will confirm things one way or the other.
