Bob from SWISCO responded:

This appears to be an 82-080 Handle Set. Please compare. For the mortise lock, see our 82-238

A home owner from N. Hollywood, CA says:
How do I remove the lock from the sliding door?

Bob from SWISCO responded:

It looks like your door has a setup where you may need to remove the entire trim on the side of the door frame to get the mortise lock out. This is unfortunately not uncommon with this particularly lockset. If in doubt hire a local pro to assist you. Note that you may not need the faceplate that comes with the 82-238; but if the dimensions of the lock body match your old lock, then I do think this will work for you.
