Broken Handle & No Outside Lock

Good Day.  I am looking to replace the broken handle & locking mechanism in my sliding doors.  The whole set up does not allow for a lock on the outside. There are only holes for a new plate with a handle.  I have enclosed pictures.  Everything works except the aluminum in the handle finally failed.  Hoping you can help.

Please start by reviewing the 82-030 handle set. This style has a 3-15/16" installation hole spacing from center to center. For the mortise lock, take a look and compare the dimensions of the 82-218. Let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions!
