3) black plastic piece on hinge that connects to silver plate is broken. Any way I can just order the black plastic piece?
Hello! We can help with the operator bracket, but unfortunately not the lock. Your lock (the one with the yellow circle) is an old Silverline brand part that was discontinued quite a few years ago. I think they abandoned this design because it was not very good. Being plastic, they broke pretty often. Plastic isn't the best material for a lock.
The trouble is that the design was so unique that I don't believe any of our more modern parts can work as an alternative. Nothing else made since works the same way. I think you're going to need an identical match, but given that it's an obsolete part that's easier said than done. I'd suggest checking with a local hardware store that sold Silverline parts and see if they might still have these lying around in stock.
As for the bracket, that's much easier. That looks to be a match for our 39-340. This comes with the metal mounting plate and the black slide altogether in one assembly.
