Broken Inside Handle Plate

Question

I need the inside handle plate only for a sliding door handle. The plate has the following names and numbers:
SASH CONTROLS IND
DETROIT 20, MICH
060-12555
The handle is probably from the mid 70's
Door attachment screw holes are 3 15/16" apart
Handle attachment screw holes are 4 15/16" apart
I need only the plate, if possible. I want to reuse the wooden handle to match the others in the house.

Hello,

I believe you have an older version of our 82-035. Your handle had a fixed turn lever in the handle plate. The 82-035 has a floating turn lever, which can be installed in the location you need depending on the locking mechanism. Take a look at the 82-035 along with the related videos. Thank you!
