We do hope to have the 82-107 in stock again, yes, though unfortunately we have no solid ETA at this time. Supply chains have been backed up across the industry for the better part of the last two years and right now it's just not possible to pin down a solid date. If this hardware doesn't match your original parts, please submit photos of your handle set and lever so that we can come up with a better solution.
I'm afraid that we do not. The only other option we have is to replace the entire handle set with something like our 82-086 (as an example), though it's up to you if that's a course of action you want to consider.

As far as I'm aware, there is no black finish available for the latch and the manufacturer has no plans of creating it at this time.
