Broken Jeld-Wen window parts.

Question

I have 2 Jeld-Wen double hung windows that I need parts for.

Both are on the window that is on the bottom when the window is closed.
Both windows are approx 40" wide by 38" high.
Both are double hung windows.
Both broken parts are on the right side as you look at the window from the inside.
Window 1 ?3085 has the broken spring.
Window 2 ?3268 has the pin that goes into the spring broken. I took the broken part off and was trying to find a replacement.
Both are on the window that is on the bottom when the window is closed.

Jeld-Wen says they don't have parts for these windows anymore and gave me your info.

Please let me know if you have these parts.

Hello,

Your pivot bar looks like the 26-422 but I'd recommend removing it from the sash to confirm that the dimensions match the ones shown on our product page.

As for your coil balance system, you most likely have the 15-087 housing pivot and S180 coil springs. Additional parts for this assembly can be found under the related items section of both product pages. You'll need to remove the balance from the window to see how the specifications compare to yours. Thanks for posting!
