Was having new screens installed and noticed this piece had come apart. Need to know if I can replace and fix.

Hello there. It looks like the metal cam of that T-Lock Shoe broke. It appears the cam does not have a 'back wall' and you can see through the back of it. Is that true? If so, see if the 15-195B T-Lock Shoe matches what you have. It's very easy to swap these out; see the video below. Let me know if you have questions.

That is exactly the issue! Thank you for the quick reply. What is the most efficient way to remove this from the window jam so I can access this piece?

Once the balance cord is fully retracted, unscrew the top clip and tilt the balance in as close to 90 degrees as you can. Then, simply twist the balance to give the shoe enough clearance to be removed from the track opening.
