Broken Kenlin Case Runner and Drawer Scooket

Question

I believe I need a part 32-081 Kenlin Drawer Socket and part 32-076 Case Runner to fix my broker drawer. I've attached a number of pics of broken parts and pics of unbroken pasts from the same piece of furniture. Any help regarding what parts needed would be greater appreciated.
