Broken Mounting Plate

Hi, one post broke off the Mounting Plate. It is almost identical to 82-108 but the dimensions are off a little. The plate says made in new zealand on it. The door has a logo that is either two W's or two M's side by side.

Hello,

I don't see any glaring difference between your photos and the dimensions of the 82-108 mounting plate that works with the 82-080. If there a specific dimension on our product page that you're measuring differently?

I can tell you that we've recommended the 82-080 to replace your MW handle set in the past and as long as your installation holes measure 4-15/16" from center to center, this would be our best replacement option. Thanks for posting!

Hi there, thanks for getting back to me. The major difference I see is the 82-080 has a width of 15/16 whereas the plate I have measures about 1-3/8. Everything else seems to align. The installation holes appear to be 4-15/16

mine did the same and its the same thing as your says made in sweeden its a milgard brand .

As you noticed, the 82-108 won't work for your old style mounting place. You'll need to replace your entire handle set with the 82-080.
