Broken Multi Point Slider Hardware

Question

Need to order the correct hardware to replace a broken multi point slider assembly. I've had a tough time finding the correct hardware because it seems most big-name stores/hardware stores do not carry this product. I'm learning that this is most likely a special-order item. Hopefully the pictures included will help to determine which assembly is needed.
