Broken Part

Question

The attached photos are from a window installed in 2004.  I believe its an American Craftmen's, installed by Home Depot. Is this part available and/or can this window be repaired?

Thanks for posting. Looks like you need to replace your pivot shoe. Without seeing an undamaged version out of the window, I can't really say with confident what you need. Based on the shape of the fragments, I think this might be our 15-192. But you will need to compare to an undamaged version of your shoe to be certain.
