Broken Pivot Bar

A home owner from Virginia says:
I believe it's a pivot bar on an older double hung Certainteed. It's broken and the only thing stamped on it is 103-2. The base is 2 3/8" and 3 1/4" total including the piece that you insert into the window. The height is 7/8" and it's 5/8" wide.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

This looks like the old Certainteed pivot bar. It's not made anymore, but you can use our 26-175 as a substitute. We even have a video that shows you how the new part works.
