Broken Pivot Bar

I'm sorry but I don't have the broken pieces. I've tried to take photos of every angle that I can without hiring someone to take the window out. It fell when I was washing the upper half when both pegs on the pivot bar broke. I have additional photos and will try to send them via the link provided. The horizontal metal piece measures 2 1/4".

Hey, Vickie. Always happy to help, of course. Looks like you have the old CertainTeed pivot bar. They discontinued this and replaced it with the new style 26-175. I know it looks pretty different, but believe it or not it should still work in your old pivot shoe.

Thank you so much. I was afraid I was going to have to replace the entire window. I'll order extras just in case.

Great, thank you for the order! You definitely shouldn't need a new window. It's our philosophy to exhaust every other possible replacement option before going down that route. There's usually always a work around!
