Broken Pivot Bars

I had both pivot bars from an upper sash fail. I am unable to provide exact dimensions because broken pieces were not recovered. I attach a photo of what I was able to recover as well as the screw hole distance from an identical intact window. Also pictured is the label/sticker from one of the windows.Thank you!

Hello there!
Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we can't be certain without photos of the whole part. The 26-369, 26-400, and 26-412 come to mind though. You'll want to compare the specifications with yours to see which one matches up best. If there's an identical window in the house, you can use that window's pivot bar as a reference.

OK, I will do that. I notice my pivot shoes are not open on top to allow the bar to slide out freely once the window is tilted in. Is there a method to remove them?

I'm afraid it doesn't so we recommend holding on to the original fasteners and reusing them. If you need more, you can take one to a local hardware store and they should be able to match it up for you.
