Broken Pivot Bars

Thank you for looking into this. I cannot find the window manufacturer. Both pivot bars snapped off on my window. I have included a photo of an installed pivot bar, the broken one in the sash, and one broken pivot bar which has been removed. Any help would be appreciated!
