Broken Pivot Lock Shoes

Hello,

I have a number of these windows in my home and need replacement pivot lock shoes. Can you use the following pictures to determine what exact part I need, with the correct specifications? Thanks so much.

Hello,

Unfortunately, window stickers do not tell us what hardware they use. We'd be happy to help, but we would need to see a photo of an undamaged pivot shoe removed from the window, along with the width and thickness, to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

Thank you! The picture is attached. The width is 1.1875" and the thickness is 0.25".

My apologies 0 meant to say that the thickness is 0.50". Thank you!

Perfect. Take a look at the 15-180 balance shoe, as well as the Series 190 coil springs that work with it, and compare the dimensions to your hardware. Thanks for posting!

Thank you! Just one more question - are there Right and Left side versions, or does the 15-180 work/apply to both sides of the window?

The 15-180 is not handed and can be used on either side of the window.
