Do not know window manufacturer, but need to replace broken pivot shoe. Do not have measurements as it is in a rental unit and forgot to get measurement while there.
Any suggestions?
Already have balances S900-29 to replace existing damaged balances.

Sure, we may be able to find something. Can you tell me the thickness and width of this pivot shoe? You may want to remove it from the window before you measure to ensure your measurements are as accurate as possible.
