Broken Pivot bar

Thanks for contacting SWISCO. Unfortunately I need more information to be able to help. Could you provide a picture of the pivot bar you need to replace removed from the window, preferably undamaged, and with the length between the installation hole and the tip that inserts into the pivot shoe? Could you also provide a picture of the balance you need replaced, removed from the window? Thanks.
