Broken Sash Pivot

Home Owner
Both sash pivots broke on my window. I don't know the brand or age of the windows, and the pivots are riveted in place. Any idea which type they are, or what I can use as a replacement?

Thanks for posting! I believe you'll need the 26-423 Pivot Bar to replace your existing pivots. Since the screws are still on the side of the sash, it is likely the top portion is still attached there.

Take a look over its dimensions and design to determine if this is the correct replacement.

Thanks for getting back to me. It's actually attached by rivets & not screws; does that make a difference? Otherwise, the dimensions look the same.

My apologies for the typo, these are secured to the sash using rivets. You will need the 33-005 #44 Pop Rivet to replace them. keep in mind you will need to drill out the old rivets to install them.

Be sure to take a look at the 75-012S Professional Rivet Tool to see if you might need it for the repair as well.
